D&D Experience: Questions YOU Want Answered?

I'm heading down to D&D Experience early tomorrow morning. I'll be playing in a few 4e events and I'll be bugging "The Rouse" et al with tons of questions. If anyone has anything that you would like asked, let me know. I'll see how much I can ask before they give me das boot! I'll probably put up a blog for this tomorrow. If so, I'll post back with an address.

How does damage scale at higher levels? Does it work differently than SW Saga (i.e. adding 1/2 level to damage)?

If damage only scales by taking more powerful powers with higher base damage, wouldn't Basic Attacks (the only attacks allowed by Opp Attacks) become kind of worthless at high level?

Well, I've posted a thread on this, but no-one's answered in it so far. So...

How do the death and dying rules actually work in 4e? Do you continue to lose hit points if you fail a stabilization roll? If you roll a 20, do you get free hit points or do you have to use one of your healing surges?

I would like any/all information they could give re: the Warlord. Information similar to what we've received from the character sheets would be more than sufficient.

I may try and play a Warlord. If so, I'll scan the sheet and upload it.

What's the Star Pact for the warlock about, specifically?

What, if any, classes can we expect for the Arcane book coming out?

Give us some details on rituals. An example would be great.

Do saving throws need an action?

What's Fireball and Lightning Bolt like as spells?

How are monsters with significant special abilities like Shadar-Kai, Pixies, Ogre Mage/Oni or Yuan-Ti different from their monster entries as PCs?

I'm curious about what will be in the rules database as it pertains to a setting book. Can we assume that the database contains:races, classes, feats, monsters, equipment, spells, etc, but no setting details?

(i.e. - In the Players Guide to Faerun, the database will get updated with the SwordMage and whatever Realms-specific magic is included, but none of the flavor text or maps or anything like that.)
