I liked the continuity established with the OT, that clearly they'd changed it to Red Group by the time Luke joined to avoid the confusion.

Henry Cavell is working on a movie set in the grimdark far future (so not much change there then) about someone who swaps out all the red buttons for green buttons. WH40K: Rouge Trader.
