The Dungeons & Dragons 2024 Player's Handbook will be officially out in the wild on Thursday, August 1st, with the first for-sale copies available at Gen Con Indy. Here's when YOU can get it!
Well, I don't think we even know when the DDB implementation will be live for building characters. It could be later than the availability of the sourcebook. Will Master Tier subscribers be able to share their digital copy with their group on Sept. 3rd?
That's like November. How about the Dungeon Masters Guide?
Ah, most of that is WotC just wanting to have a presence at GenCon. It's not ideal, but ideally they'd have been able to do the full release at GenCon. They're not holding back the books for the latest date - they're madly printing them to have them available for that date.I’m not a fan of seeing the month and a half delay between first people able to buy and me. Like I’m good with a small early release window, but that’s crazy.
