Quick question: Should Daggerheart be considered a variant or adjacent and in the general forum? It's significantly more divergent than 13th Age (I'd say it's 1/3 D&D, 1/4 PbtA, and lots of other stuff) but is class/level based and designed to be accessible from a D&D base/to 5e players. (Given sales numbers it may get its own forum but isn't there yet)

(Also I'm having problems accessing threads in the general forum right now)

It’s not even vaguely a D&D variant. General TTRPG!

Where would you discuss topics equally applicable to a variety of 5e-based games, including WotC's? And does this reserve the D&D thread exclusively to discussion of 5.5? It looks like you want to pull discussion of certain games out of the general D&D thread, so I wanted to know where we should talk about what.

Depends on if you count D&D 4e as D&D. I would absolutely describe it as a 4e variant but, come to think of it, the direct overlap to D&D is almost entirely to things that were exclusively 4e, played in the "narrative style" of @pemerton, @EzekielRaiden, and others including myself.

Which does put it outside the normal range of D&D variants.

Since the reshuffle I’m getting error messages for every thread I’ve tried outside the D&D forums. Including the meta threads…which is why I’m posting this here.
I was fearing someone had blocked me because I couldn't open any of their threads, then I noticed I couldn't even open them on a private tab. And well, I also noticed this. So I feel better now, but yeah it is still a bother not being able to open many threads.

I thought it used d6s? I don't think any D&D variant can renounce the D20 and still be a D&D variant?
