Morticial Porticullis is a mine, and one of the largest slave camps in the world. Mostly what is harvested from the mines is stone, but other gems are occasionally found as well, esspecially opals and black onyx, which are quite useful for creating undead.

The mine itself resembles a cone going deep into the earth, with doors cut into the side which lead to more branching mines, as well as housing for the 8,995 slaves currently in residence. The 374 Half-Orcs act as the slave masters, with a ratio of 1 Half-orc to 24 slaves.

When slaves die, they are always put to good use, either captured as larvae to bargain with demons and devils, or raised as undead to serve in the Lich King's dark forces. It is because of this that the "city" earns its name.

(Pyrex, this is yours. You may design your fortress if you'd like, or let me do it for you)

(Note: larvae mentioned has already been spent towards the Lich King's infernal forces, commanded by your fellow PCs. You may gain more later, but, of course, slave souls aren't worth crap... you need them in MASSIVE quantities, and quite frankly, they're more useful as undead)

So how is this? He was made using version 3.0 so he probably has some mistakes. Especially that grapple bonus, I have no idea what that should be.

Also he has the feat, Ability focus, found on page 30 of savage species. (By the way I have both savage species and the stronghold builders guide so feel free to ask me questions about them.)

I'm not sure I'm allowed to post the feat here but basically it gives+2 to the DC of one of your special attacks.

You only need souls for smart undead. A dying kobold produces a larva and a zombie. Provided the lazy slacker mined enough opals... :cool:

Looks good. I'm thinking a lightly-fortified mountain city. Good sized fortified stone temple in the center of town with a large crypt underneath where the dead are interred until it's time to reanimate them.

Reduce only works on type: Humanoid. I suggest swapping it for Shield to stop the volleys of Magic Missiles that'll be coming your way.

The ring costs 28k and only provedes Cold Resist 20.

The Boots of S&S, like their parent spell Expeditious Retreat only improves land speed, not fly speed.

Just a note.I read your later post. Your Touch AC is actually quite low. Natural Armor bonus (A Dragon's natural bonus...) don't factor into Touch AC. Your Touch AC is 16.

A Master Thrower would eat your character in about a round if he won Initiative. Two rounds if not...

13th Level F3/R5/MT5 = 12-14 (depending on feats) Touch attack daggers for D4+2-4, again depending on str,enchantment,more if withn 30'. +3D6 Sneak.

Juat trying tohelp, from an ally in Darkness.

Fortress
A dormant volcano residing on the far north-east side of the middle mountain range. A nearby villige on the edge of the sea supplies me with all the sacrifices I want. The volcano is lined with passages that my Kobold slaves have lined with traps.

Alliaces. All Forces of evil. I still want to make stronger alliances with people. Air support is just that, support. I won't make it very far on my own.

Look over your magical equipment more (in case you want to follow your ally's advice), and I'll also need to know whether the others are getting the bond. Once that's settled, I'll make the IC threads.

Offer accepted my Young Fiery friend.

The Dark Hunter gives the FireKing a recently slain giant eagle as a gift and then goes about recycling the remnants to get a few more troops!

You're way over your CR.

Yng Red Dragon CR15^2 = 225pts

Try this instead:
Young Red Dragon CR15^2 = 225pts.
80x Air Mephit CR3^2 = 9pts x 80 = 720pts.
125x Kobold Slaves CR.66^2 = .44pts x 125 = 55pts.
Total: 1000
