Here in PR the holidays are a big deal... a lot of family reunions, parties, etc. So I'll be sticking around here. (As to consoles: PS2 is great. If you like martial arts and super heroes, get your hands on a copy of Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu, it rocks! )

if it means something like not knowing where my next meal is comming from and if i will hwave a roof over my head the next or not, then yes i do know what it means to be broke.
Monkey has been fortunate enough to have never had a broken bone in his 33 years. Monkey's kids on the other hand...both of the oldest had a broken arm when they were 7. My youngest son just turned 7 on the 8th...we're thinking about wrapping his arms in bubble wrap just in case.
I was referring to what monkey man has defined as been poor. But, I also had a broken leg xD. Amazingly, it was a sheep who made the trick. I won't bore you with the detaills, I think mentioning the sheep is quite hilarious alone.
My situation was rather similar, with some changes: We lived alone, but under a metal panel house. I don't really now how do they call those. Here's a picture I found, that evocate certain memories. Harsh times, but we got out of them. A proof that social promotion worked in Argentina during the 90'
