D&DI Subscription Help!

Has anyone here successfully upgraded their monthly D&DI subscription to a yearly subscription? That's what I aim to do, but can't figure out exactly how. I've tried reading the FAQ on WotC's website and even contacted their customer service, all to no avail as of yet.

WotC's FAQ says to add a yearly sub on top of your existing montly sub, and then email to get the montly sub canceled and get a partial refund. But I can't figure out how to add a yearly sub onto my account in the first place!?!?

Any help would be appreciated!

Ack! Typical! Minutes after I post this request for help . . . . I figure it out on my own!

Earlier, I was trying to add a new yearly subscription to D&DI while signed in to my account. Apparently, all I had to do was sign out, and the "add subscription" button magically appeared!

While I'm happy I now have a yearly subscription, this experience has not been a pleasant one. I really hope that WotC straightens out their online billing system, as I imagine it is turning away potential customers.

And finish the various D&DI tools of course . . . .
