D1: Ashin's Commission (El Jefe judging)

(OOC: I'm just going to sit very still until someone tells me it's my turn to go. On the positive side, the player is now just as confused as the character is. Good immersive roleplaying, all!)

Obviously unable to help the fallen soldier with more on the way, Eternity was ready to ride off.

(if she is behind the others she will catch up. If she is with the others, she will wait until they move to keep up).

I'm in some sympathy with this statement. In an effort to simplify things, here are Ironwolf's intentions for the immediate future.

1. Go to the horses, unless interrupted by the enemy.
2. Fasten his prisoner to his saddle, unless interrupted by the enemy.
3. If combat does not appear imminent, cancell his expansion power and skeddaddle on horse. (Horse can't carry me at this size....)
4. If combat appears imminent and my force shield has expired, remanifest it. (Duration is 4 minutes, Ironwolf has 2 of 6 pp remaining this would cost 1 pp.)
5. If combat appears winnable, stay big and lay waste.
6. Otherwise, cancell his expansion power and skeddaddle on horse.

(OOC: Zaeryl just wants to get on his horse and leave. The only thing that will change this is if the enemy appears before this happens and manifests itself as something so profoundly weak that the party can obviously beat them all

I think since it seems we all agree on that principle, then El Jefe unless you plan on sicing the soldiers on us before we get out, we can just leave the round-by-round and this whole confusion and skip forward to us riding away a significant distance)

OoC: I think we're pretty close to that, although the party is cutting it close with regards to events they are unaware of. I'll take another look at the maps tonight and see if I can arm-wave some of this.

I think the key statement here is: "we all agree on that principle". I've come to the conclusion that party unity makes for much easier GMing. :)

Hulgyr gets the soldier on his horse by any mean possible (it seems Zaeryl isn't working against him, so we won't be doing a tug o war with the poor lad).

The Stonepike Mountains

Round 12 - Complete[sblock=Everybody but Ironwolf: ]Now that the party has started running out of things to argue about and has clumped together somewhat, things are getting much simpler. Everybody but Ironwolf is in a small clump in the middle of the woods. Everybody is mounted. Hulgyr has Private Squatter draped over his horse. Michael is leading Ironwolf's horse by the reins. Ironwolf is nowhere to be seen, but judging by the sounds coming toward the party from the direction of Duvik, he is probably about 30-40' away and about to pop out of the trees at any moment.[/sblock][sblock=Ironwolf: ]Basically, no change since my last post. Giant Ironwolf is carrying Private Kneeler through the forest, and judging from all the arguing, snorting, and whinnying, he suspects that most of the party is about 30-40' in front of him, just behind some tree boughs.[/sblock]I'll stay in combat just a little longer (sorry). This will either end soon or else get real interesting.

Round 13

Michael 10
Ironwolf 8
Hulgyr 8
Eternity 8
Almayce 1
Zaeryl 1

OoC: ajanders, I just want to know if Michael is still intent on delivering Ironwolf's horse to him, even though Ironwolf is probably a little closer to Duvik (and the direction Michael heard the shouting from) than Michael is now. We're talking 40 feet, not 400 feet, though.
