d20 verions of Forget (AD&D 2nd MU spell)?

I am in the process of creating a Bard/Sor/Wiz spell "Memory's Lie" (or perhaps "Memories Lie"---I haven't decided yet) which will allow the caster to erase existing memories and to replace them with false memories created by the caster. Ironically, I had forgotten that 3.0 removed Forget from the game, which is what I'm in part basing this spell on.

So, Does anyone have the OGL content for the version of Forget in Kenzer's Villain Design Handbook? If so, would someone please kindly post it? Are there any other OGC Forget spells out there besides the Kalamar version? A google search didn't turn up anything else helpful, other than an old thread BOZ started which mentions that Forget didn't make the 3.0 cut :/

Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed/Evolved has a spell called modify memory which would only require a little bit of modification to work as standard d20 SRD spell. It's listed as a 4th level spell, though the diminished version would still work (it lets you affect one minute's worth of memories) as a 3rd level spell.

Cheers,
Cam

What's wrong with the D&D Modify Memory spell, apart from being Bard only?

There's also Mindrape from the Book of Vile Darkness. As its name implies it allows the caster to completely rewrite and mess with the subject's mind and optionally leave them insane afterwards. Being a 9th level [Evil] spell it's probably a bit far from what you're looking for, but it might be handy to use as a baseline for the worst a spell can do to a person's mind.
