How were they drawing and throwing more than one dagger in the same round?

Ohh they never did. Pointless/ impossible to do so before this book comes out, unless you had a DM that houserules it I was more talking about rogue-builds in general. Gloomstalker and rogue are still awesome together and even more with Tasha's.

Artificer dip for some returning daggers would be pretty cool.

Pic up the dangers from fallen enemy’s as much as possible for cheap ammunition.
