What are the prompt keywords you're using to get your dragonborn?

modern comic book art Fantasy Castle, Determined Strong Powerful dragon headed lizardman knight adventurer. Bronze colored scales. He carries a longsword and lightning energy surrounds his hands. Walking down a dungeon corridor. He wears steel full plate armor, straps, pouches. Looking at the camera.

As to the prompts thing, I added 'beckons you with 1 finger' obviously going for a particular type of image. It was blocked several times, but it also then worked several times.

I dont think its just terms that it blocks (key words) but I think once it generates something that is closer to porn, it then flips a switch on it, not because of the prompt, but because of what it did.

A few I'm not even going to bother posting but the line between what is acceptable or blocked, is as clear as mud to me.

It also has several times produced pictures of topless women for me, even though there is absolutely nothing suggesting that in the prompts. So what it blocks is nonsensical, but also its ability to recognise inappropriate content is poor. Not that I am at all scandalised by these sort of results but I assume that some people might.

Hobbit works kinda well. If not, small/diminutive plump/squat should do the trick.

The one I posted was Watercolor. I just flip between watercolor art, and vintage/modern comic book art. A few of the Drow ones.
