damage from falling objects

I realize that people get damaged if they are hit by falling objects. The DM guide also states it is 1d6 for every 200 pounds. Is there a maximum amount of damage that can be dealt or is it unlimited?

example:

a 4000lb stone falls 10' doing 20d6 damage

would a 40000lb stone falling 10' do 200d6?

Granted these numbers are a bit extreme.

There doesn't appear to be a limitation. 200d6 is not an unreasonable level of damage for a 20 ton object smashing into something at ~25 feet per second. It's an average of 700 points of damage, which, while very high, is not unsurvivable for a creature of considerably larger size and hitpoints than a typical player character.

Your typical PC is, on the other hand, is going to be a road waffle, and rightly so.
