Dark Conspiracy

I was wandering if anyone heard of Dark Conspiracy? Is or will there be a new version of the game? Has anyone thought about doing a D20 version or something similar to Dark Conspiracy?

Well I was on a panel at Dragonmeet (it was a bunch of fanzine editors talking about doing fanzines) and the subject of Dark Conspiracy came up. One of the blokes - I think it was the guy who does the Cthulhu site Yog-Sothoth (http://www.yog-sothoth.com), but I could be completely wrong there - said that apparently there are quite a few people who would actively like to license the game and republish it, but are unable to find out just who owns the rights.

I was in the audience at that Panel, was quite an entertaining discussion BTW - Thanks :)

I think the guy next to Mike Mason (Whisperer) -Errrr his Fanzine was Demonground wasn't it? Anyway he was talking about the one person that might know who owns the copyright but they are not returning any emails. I just can't remember for the life of me who this was!

Thanks for the panel at Dm2003 - It was the only one I wanted to attend and I am glad it was worth it :)

Thanks. It was really good that so many people turned up. I was pretty nervous at the start, but I really enjoyed myself in the end.

[Desparately racks brains to remember who was sitting where].

The guy who did Demonground was Lee Williams (who I know in the having a few drinks and a chat when we meet at conventions kindof way).

But I can't really recall quite who was sitting where (I was bit too nervous to listen properly when everyone was being introduced) and my mind's gone a complete blank as to who it was who said what.

So in summary, although I can remember that the game concerned was Dark Conspiracy, I can't remember who it was who said that they didn't know who it was who owned the rights, which usefulnesswise, puts my whole post in "ashtrays on motorbikes" territory. :)

Lee Williams posted up on the DM2003 Yahoo group yesterday. I replied to his message asking if it was he that knows who the guy that knows who owns the copyright to Dark Conspiracy is -phew! :)

Ashtrays on motorcycles eh? I'm sure the latest Honda Goldwings or BMW RT's have one. :)

PS: Yes, I am a part time biker.
