Leonan scuffs the marks on the floor.

Hearing Kaleths cautios question
"I'm more of a blaster...I cannot. But maybe we should do this in more controlled fashion. And check the room before destroying everything in sight."
He picks up the scrolls - checking them for any markings.

He tries to ascertain if the statues are oriented in some particular way (all looking downward in the same direction for example) or if the marks of the circle, once broken, lighten the feel of madness in the room.
"Destroy them one by one, but wait for some effect before destroying another. If they summon something from beyond, better to deal with it one by one."

The statues do not appear to have been placed in any particular fashion just upon the desk. Other than the feeling of a cloying mist maddening your mind nothing happens. The scrolls have no markings on the outside and are made of a simple vellum.

"By all means. Get the next one."
Leonan waves his hand as he moves toward the doors. He unravels one scroll after he stashes the other behind his back in the cloak pocket.

"They were just fine under the blankets," Shavara says. "We could have searched the room with them under the blanket first. And then worried about disposal. I'll be on the porch while you just smash stuff first and ask questions later." She walks out of the house and sits on the porch step.

Studying the scroll reveals it is actually written in common, just jumbled some form of code . Given time you could probably crack it.
GM: about a hours sit down should do

"Let me study this. Shavara, help? Kaleth, Shildoor, would you please check the rest of the room?" Leonan unrolls the scroll fully and sets it on living room table.
