D&D 5E Dark sun Times of change

Atroclos sits, carefully avoiding squashing anyone else as much as possible. He keeps his weapon laying against his leg, but not in his hands. He watches the Kreen communicate, entranced by their combination of sound and movement.

On seeing the other Thri-Kreen, Kanna tucks herself under the wagon to wait and watch. She does not speak their language, nor understand it, but feels she will recognize if they decide to try to overpower the group. And it was shaded under the wagon as well.

After a little while, she turns her attention outward again, towards the wastes. The kreen seem to be placated, and dangers can always creep up behind.

We should hurry before the sandstorm comes, and Chick will stress that point when he tells everyone about it. As soon as it's remotely bearable out there we should go. (Chick will say farewell to the Kreen and wish them good hunting.)

Tyr
Evening

Kimet munched on some rations and drank some water. Then she curled up in the shade of the wagon and outcrop to get some sleep before the went on that evening.

When activity returned to the camp to prepare to leave, she ate and drank a bit more and checked the wagon axle again. It seemed to be holding.

“We will need to be sure we find shelter before the sandstorm hits,” she reminds the others as they set out. She tried to recall any other good stops ahead that might be good shelter in a sandstorm.

The path ahead is open desert for the next 8hours until you reach Danduro's oasis she may provide you shelter or she may eat you.
OOC: Danduro is a Mul Druid she escaped from her master some years ago, however she is entirely erratic in her behavior and is just as likely to kiss you as kill you

"If there is a sandstorm, the oasis is the best place to be," says Kanna. "That or rocks. No big enough rocks though. Well...no big enough for you."
