Chick strikes the beast a,solid blow with his bow as it flies through the air, Akylanthes words clearly stuck with him.

The collision course course of the Etteulb comes to an end with a resounding crack as splinters of wood fly in all directions, perhaps standing on the cart wasn't the best idea.
GM: With bardic inspiration chick hits. Anyone stood on the cart, I know there where atleast 2, make a DC 14 Dex or str save, on a fail fall prone and take 6damage half on save and no prone. Anyone not on the cart make a DC 12 Dex save to avoid flying timber failure results in 2 damage. Ill get an initiative order up when they are all in.

It's a good thing Chick would never stand on the wagon (ooc: checks back... What the?)

...As the Ettelub bursts through the wagon, Chtckh'Chtckh tries to leap clear, much too late. Splinters, chunks of wood, and a Thri-Kreen all clatter to the ground.

Kanna nimbly leaps off the the cart and lands on her feet, though the moments spent regaining her balance slow her down in joining the fight!

This cart symbolized the last link between Akylanthes and civilization. A simple piece of technology, embodying the superiority of mankind over this savage world. It was comforting, reassuring and... so confortable compared with walking on this burning sand. Akylanthes loved this cart so much he didn't jump at all.
