DC to break down Doors

Hello everyone in En World, here I am with another rule doubt:

Does the level section from the DC to break down Doors table (DMG p. 64) has been removed with some errata or I still need to take it in count? It appears both in the DMG and in the compendium, but not in the Deluxe Dungeon Master's Screen, so, what should I do?

Honestly, I don't even know what the levels column in that table even meant. It's not explained at all.

Use the tables in the Rules Compendium (p. 175) as they're most up to date.
