Right. Double Hit says both hits occur simultaneously (apparently - I don't have MiniHB). Karmic Strike says the attack and the Karmic Strike AoO happen at the same instant.

So everything occurs simultaneously.

In light of this, picturing a Karmic Strike duel just seems silly. I'll probably house rule, you're only allowed at most one attack for each weapon you're currently wielding for any given "instant."

I'd rule the same, and I'm not convinced it's a house rule.

A given weapon can only be in one place at one time, after all
