Deities & Demigods continued

Howdy Upper Krust,

Lolth's poison ability does not specifically mention that it effects deities.

The exact wording is as so-
"Creatures Lolth bites while in spider form takes 3d6 points of temp. Strength damage unless they make a DC 41 Fort save."

Perhaps there is something about Divine Immunities not working against those of higher Divine Rank?

ie. Lolths poison would affect those of Divine Rank 14 or less?

Howdy,

Yup, you were correct.

Immunities: Deities have the following immunities. Individual deities may have mroe immunities. Unless otherwise indicated, these immunities do not apply if the attacker is equal or higher rank.

Howdy Ferret,
Well there is only one deity of Kobolds, Kurtulmak and he is Lawful Evil.

He is fighter 16/cleric 8/rogue 8/sorcerer 8

His divine ranking is 15
Str-25
Dex-45
Con-31
Int-29
Wis-24
Cha-29

Enough for you?

Hwody,

Now a rules question for those with the book.

There is a SDA called instant metamagic which allows you to use one metamagic on all spells from one of your spell lists without using a higher level spell slot or a a lnoger casting time. Most of the gods with this SDA typically take quicken spell.

My question is whether you can apply that instant metamagic multiple times on your spell like empovering x9 bulls strength. I want to know how soemone would rule it based on the wording of the ability not as a DM trying to curtail its power.

Thnask for any feedback provided.

I don't have the book, but I'm sure it's pretty safe to say that you are only supposed to use something like Empower once, unless you were to buy Instant Metamagic-Empower again. I would rule that each Empowerment counted as one metamagic.

Hi Talath mate! :)

I appreciate the love! :D

...though in this instance I know not what for!?

When you had speculations, you were almost right on most of the time. When presented something new, you took it apart and analyzed it and discussed it until you came to a steady conclusion. And lets all face it, when it comes to deities and their powers, you are the guy that knows about that. That is why:

you are the man! :D

Just lucky guesswork... ;)

Can you post the stats (Or what evers legal) on the kobold gods, and are there any good Kobold gods?:p

I'm afraid I don't yet have the book yet (sorry if I gave that impression. :D )

I see one of our friends in Singapore has been nice to help out anyway! :)

Thanks, Craig!

How did you know my name!? :D

Okay cool then Krusty mate. Incidently I'm working on a new little side project that if you have the time for, I'll send to you when I get it all worked out (at an initial rough draft anyway). I think you'll like this one. I can honestly say, YOU in an indirect way, were responsible for this. :)
