Deity question

Closest answer I can guess you mean is Illithids/Mind Flayers, who worshipped their deity Ilsensine eons ago or whatever, until Ilsensine was destroyed.

I know of no other squid-like deities or the like in D&D.
 


Do squidheads count? The mindflayer deity would help, then.

Other than that, maybe the occasional kraken or fiendish kraken (or something) will pose as a deity to some seafaring folk or aquatic beings.

And the ancient demonlord Dagon is something squidlike (I think he looks like a huge eel with many tentacles.) and I guess in addition to the usual humanoid cultists, he has many sahuagin and kua-toa followers, as well as other water-dwellers with a CE streak.
