Demonomicon in Dragon #359

Wait...I read that wrong. So it will NOT have anything on Orcus or Graz'zt?

Wouldn't we love to know.

...

Actually I do know something. Can't say anything though. James and company have geas freelancers as an SLA. So I've heard. And I'm not going to see if it's true or not.

ah this is such a tease!

I bet one will be a obyrith....I guess it could be any of the following alive obyriths

Areex
Bechard
Cabiri
Malgoth
Ubothar
Ugudenk
Vroth-Khun

I'm betting on Ugudenk to fill that slot since James has mentioned him several times in the past..

And then I bet one female Lord
Aldinach
Alrunes
Ardat
Barbu
Ereshkigal
J'zzalshrak
Lamashtu
Lissa'aere
Lynkhab
Lynkhab
Rhyxali
Shaktari
Shami-Amourae
Soneillon
Xinivrae
Yibyiru

I'd like Shami-Amourae...especially after STAP...finding out what she does....

I really wonder what is going to happen in that article....part of why I like the Demonomicon articles is for the whole package...the history, the abyssal locations, the cult, the thrall classes, the custom monsters...everything...

I wonder what kind of treat we are going to get...I suspect it'll be a little bit of the first three and no thrall classes or custom monsters...

If it's the obscure demon lords then I'll hope for:

Alrunes: A demoness of sisterhood and protection? What a concept!
Luperico: For some reason I picture him as a giant slug, but I'm probably wrong.
Malgarius: The demon tree of evil sylvan creatures.
Zzyczesiya: Confused and malevolent ignorance sounds pretty interesting.

Hopefully we'll get a number of very different demons that will add to the colorful history of the Abyss.

Perhaps Ugudenk could have some relationship to Kyuss.
