Deragatory Terms for Warforged?

Terms for objects, like "it," "something," or "thing" works great. Both "tool" and "golem" are good, as well. "Automaton" can work, as well.

"Hollow" may work, along the idea of the warforged as an empty, soulless thing (as opposed to soul-bearing flesh-based mortals).

And here's just a few thrown out there: Gadgets, puppets, leadcorpses, falseknights (for those armored warforged), anchors (for a nautical flavor), anvils, crafted ones, bladelings (associating all warforged w/ the Lord of Blades), pawns, statues.

Of those, I like thingamabob.

So, as you can imagine, for this guy to be called a golem would be like if someone called a human a primate.

Why in the world would any human -- other than maybe true whacked-out fundies -- object to being called a primate?

It could be seen as calling someone less than what they are. Not completely accurate, but the implications can still be there and there's always going to be someone to take something like that the wrong way. :)

EDIT: Notice how most reptillian species in fantasy and sci-fi call humans 'mammal' or something similar. Its like that.

I know plenty of people who'd prefer to not be called a monkey.
Being compared to an animal is often negative.

PS: Except penguins. That's always a complement.

Alright then, for the sake of argument... replace the word "primate" in my previous post with "monkey". I'll even edit the previous post to say this.
