"I trust you...I have no doubt that if you did commit any act for which they hunt you, it was either a simple mistake or you were doing the right thing."

Molpe Lilypetals: Limnad/Female (Siren)

“Indeed,” Molpe says with a small but serious smile as she continued, “and good, my sister, as I fear I’m going to put that trust in jeopardy. I would like for you to concentrate on my voice, to relax as I speak to you, soon you will find yourself easily swayed by my desires and you won’t be able to lie to me. Will you allow me to do this to you?”

OOC: If Molpe woudln't know rather or not her charm succeded, aka she failed or didn't take her save, Molpe will not suggest the above course of action.

(OOC: Molpe and Glamour will both know if Glamour makes a successful Will Save. Do you want to proceed?)

OOC: Yes, in that Molpe is asking Glamour for her permission to do accept being charmed to answer some questions. I/Molpe didn’t want to have to make Glamour do something she would “never do” to test to make sure she had been successfully charmed. I guess another question would be rather or not Molpe would know if Glamour struggled against the charm and become uncharmed or if she would be blind to the knowledge of such an action?

(OOC: You mean if she made that opposed Charisma check? That doesn't end the charm, but no, Molpe would not know.)

OOC: Hmmm, well go with it anyhow... Would making Glamour attracted to telling the truth give Molpe a bonus to her opposed charisma checks?

(OOC: That would just be really weird if you made Glamour feel kinky about telling the truth--if she's attracted to Molpe, that gives Molpe +4 to a whole bunch of checks)

"Oh dear," Glamour says distractedly, "You want to charm me? I'm sorry--I'd have to drop my protection magic if you want that to work. I can do that though, but just so you know, a charm does not ensure truth-telling any more than love."

Molpe Lilypetals: Limnad/Female (Siren)

“Love should always make one willing to tell the truth, at least to the loved one,” Molpe said with a small frown as she considered the idea, “I know another spell, completely harmless than can help to make sure you tell the truth, if you don't mind that is.”

OOC: Yes, yes it would. ;)

“Love should always make one willing to tell the truth, at least to the loved one,”
"Yes, I agree...that's why it seems like you don't trust my love if you want to use a charm on me...but I trust you..."

"So cast any spell you want on me, Sister...I trust you not to hurt me."

Molpe Lilypetals: Limnad/Female (Siren)

“I would never hurt you or allow you to be harmed by my actions, Glamour, and I love you and the gift you have bestowed upon me greatly, I just… I just don’t know what else to do,” Molpe said obviously feeling very guilty about the whole situation, “I’m at a lost… It seems like I do this or I leave for Amaranthia today and never leave its beauty again.”

Molpe shakes her head, she truly didn’t know what to do and she desperately needed someone she knew she could trust beyond repute but to have that it seemed like she had to betray her love and Glamour’s trust, “these defensive spells? Will they require the rest you talked about to bring them back?”
