I'd say the extra punching and AC is better than Cutting Words. Since Cutting Word uses dice.

I.e.
Lore can affect 3 rolls and +1 to skills.
Dance can affect 3 rolls, has +2 AC, and can make 3 punches.

Not as good as Glamor 3, and probably on par with with Valor 3.

And Dance 6 is really good.

Valor gonna have X* tier with an Asterix.

You rate the core classes on their own scale. Otherwise, if the core class gets the highest rating, all the subclasses automatically must get the highest rating (subclasses are additive, you can always ignore the abilities gained) and so is a meaningless exercise.

But if it’s already “s” rated because bard is “s” rated, it ends up with the same rating as dance which is “s” rated because it has all the bard abilities from the core class.

Get conjure Minor Elemental at 10, then dip warlock for Eldritch Blast.

Gets really silly at high levels.


Dance can throw out 4 attacks per round, just not for very long.
