Actually, that detail was clearly indicated in the email I sent; it was put in that place to avoid confusion with the sheet I'm using until it gets approved.

Other than that I've corrected the errors.

So, here's a question for the judges (and for my own edification). Will the PC's in Head of the Class still earn xp for any combats they run through while unapproved? I understand that the judges are very busy, so is there anything I can do to help speed up the process? I'd volunteer to be a character judge, but I am remarkably difficult to reach via email.

Judging should be addressed very soon.

Perhaps in the meantime a judge would be willing to say "Keep playing, we'll double check the characters later." Under the circumstances, the DM could just be authorized to review the characters in his own game, yes?

I wouldn't be opposed to that, although it would likely make the eventual approval of those characters a more time consuming task.
