 Sounds good--remember that you need to get Judge approval for big things (like if the PCs destroy the entire Emerald Claw and kill Vol, or if the cultists turn all of Sharn into vampires), but this adventure shouldn't really need that at this level :)

Bah, Erekose is right. All my variants on the final encounter will either result in a 90% chance of TPK or make the fight so easy it'll rob it of the fun. So all in all I think I'll hold of Steel Shadows for now. Still I said I'd do an adventure so I think I'll try my hand at concocting something original.

I have three ideas I've been kicking around in my head, so I thought I'd put it to a vote! Which is it going to be?:

1) A tale concerning dragonmarks, curses, ancient feuds and mind shattering horrors from the dark beyond set in the catacombs beneath Sharn. This adventure will probably be restricted to dragonmarked PCs and warforged for reasons that will become apparent.

2) A game of greed, danger, treachery and general debauchery as the PCs are required to defuse a hostage situation with the lives of the cities spoiled (but fabulously wealthy) young elite on the line.

3) A chronicle of sneaking and skullduggery. Theft is the name of the game in this little vignette. Naturally this one will be restricted to non-lawful PCs who don't mind trampling on a few laws to get the job done and those who can pass the occaisional Move Silently check.

So which will it be?

But will there be cheesy fake-german accents? :p

Weeeell... Arvan has draconic feats right? A touch of dragon blood will probably do just as well for what I've got planned for option 1, I can work it in easily enough.

I'ff ollvays thought off Karnathi as "Mother Russia".
But I'll probably write it in standard English and save my spellchecker.

Yes, and in that case, good. Honestly, he's looking for prophesy info sorta as well, so i guess he'd work there :)
