Yeah. He's got that really cute thing where he doesn't say it flat out but he applies implications to his comments that are so obvious it's worse than if he did say it.

I'm a fiscal conservative (by the dictionary definition, not the Republican Party's), but Rush Limbaugh makes my flesh crawl. I used to think he was funny. Then I saw him speak live and I realized that he's not joking.
