Apparently not.

That said, you could use a normal character sheet, since deities are made under the same rules as characters. They just have a lot more levels and powers and such. The only thing you'd really need is a very, very long section on special power and abilities to record all of their divine powers and traits.

Its worth noting that Upper_Krust might (emphasis "might") have a divine character sheet in his upcoming Immortals Handbook. You can ask him over on this thread.
