I was flicking through some Dragon back issues and stumbled accross an aticle entitles 101 dirty orc tricks (Dragon #239)
The tricks involved are prolly more suited to 3e Kobolds or Goblins than the tribal barbaric orcs we use now...
Still, there are some good ideas in there... some more relivent to 3e than others...
Things like:
"Some of the orcs pretend to be shamans, and pretend to be casting spells"
And:
"The ground is soaked with oil... The first orcs set alight to it with flaming arrows."
What dirty tricks have you used?
Do your random encounters have tactics?
