Yes. One person was actively kicked out of the game for cheating on dice rolls and making offensive comments that made female players (especially) feel uncomfortable. A few others I passively stopped inviting to games. One guy brought nothing to the game, mostly came to eat snacks and complain about things and fell asleep on the couch. A few others just weren't good fits for the group.

My groups have rarely "booted" anyone per se, but we have specifically not invited a couple of people back. In most cases, we try to set up a meeting at a neutral location for new players, like a Starbucks or Barnes & Noble, etc. to meet and get a feel for the person's personality and manners. In one case, the prospective gamer came across as so "weird" that we did not invite them to our sessions. (I don't want to give specific details, but his ideas on gaming caused us to unanimously decide not to invite him further.)
