Disjoining Certain Items: What happens now?

Cloudgatherer

First Post
Seriously, inquiring spellcasters want to know.

Boccob's Blessed Book is hit with a disjunction. It fails the will save. What state is the book in now? Are all the spells gone? What all happens?

Similar question with a bag of holding. Any thoughts?

I´d say (and it´s just an opinion) that the spells in the book are still available, but the book no longer accepts new spells for free.

For the bag, I suppose the goods in it are now floating in the astral...

I agree that the book no longer accepts spells for free but I say the bag of holding empties its contents on to the floor. I think there is some precedent for that.

I tell you, you really need some protection against this spell, it's far worth than being killed! :D

Well at least the items get a save... :)

Bye
