Pathfinder 1E Displacement plus concealment

First of all, I know different concealments don't stack or something, only one works. That make total sense to me.
But the Displacement's description says that it acts AS if the target has concealment. So, is there any FAQ or something that says what happen with displacement? the wording confuses me.
If it gives concealment as usual concealment why not to say it?
If it is not a concealment effect, why does it say it acts AS one?

Does my question make any sense or I'm losing something improtant here?

Right. You're not actually concealed (everyone can see you as plain as day), but since you're not actually there where everyone is seeing you, you're effectively invisible.

In short, you're overthinking it. It functions like concealment, except that everyone can automatically pinpoint what square you're in. That's pretty much it.
