I would also add:
ES Posthumus (it's the name of the group), "Last of the Mohicans" and the "Army of Darkness" soundtracks.

For Arab type music, I would highly, highly suggest Passion: Music from and Inspired by the "Last Temptation of Christ". It's one of the oldest CDs I still have in my collection (nearly 12 years) and I've just about wore it out.

Proppellerheads are great for D20 modern games. There's even two bond-themed songs in there that are awesome.

BTW, two of the songs that play in the Matrix (and have been also ripped for other movies, such as Charlie's Angels 2 *shudder*) are on the proppellerheads album.
