My next campaign will mix AE and psionics, and I've seen a number of posts regarding some mix of AE/D&D, here, at Monte's, and at WotC's boards.
I think a large part of the visibility issue is that almost everyone approaches the mix differently. Moreover, if the GM is actually trying to unify the two systems into a single whole, depending on what's included different things need different amounts of tweaking.
So you end up with a lot of point solutions. Quite probably spread out over multiple forums. For instance, I regularly use Monte's AE and WotC's Psionic boards with occassional appearances in Monte's PrC forums and the House Rules here, depending on what I need to discuss.
