Thanks for the name Sagan.

Too many comic books in my closet... too many...

I can see Kraven as a good villain for Spidey (as in wanting to hunt down the spider), but I don't think he can really carry a movie all by himself.

The beauty of Spidey is the villian does not have to- that is what the problem with the Batman movies was. The movies centered on the villians, and Bruce Wayne was an after thought.

The movie could be used to advance his relationship with MJ.

They could even use the scene where Kraven poses as Spidey and causes havoc- and use it to threaten MJ or something.

Well, seeing playboy Bruce Wayne is just a fake character Batman created to hide his identity I'd disagree, but it didn't think they focused on Batman enough.

I was thinking over lunch about roles-

Kraven: Sam Elliot

He would be perfect as the grizzled hunter looking for the ultimate hunt.

Vulture: Paul Reuben (unless the current charges against him prove true. If so, then he can rot.)

He has that bird like appearance. If they adopt the story line of an old thief looking for a way to become young again, then he does well in looking aged in makeup.
