Yes. But you’re saying it needs to have all this extra attention and I’m saying 4e locations that were already detailed in 4e relatively recently are not going to get a lot of attention.

I'm not sure how to say this respectfully, but I find the original question to be absurd. These are the longest Forgotten Realms campaign setting books(s) in over 20 years. Production values are amazing. They are the big Christmastime release. It's just obvious that a lot of effort was put into these books. Objectively they are the most comprehensive campaign settings released during 5E. (And if you want to argue Eberron I won't take issue with that.) It's okay if you don't like them. They are not perfect. But I think they are very, very good.
