We could just use the rules from www.athas.org.

I'd love to get in on this, but unfortunatly, don't have time to DM it myself.

Megamania - how are the athas.org attributes too high? They use the standard generation methods. The only races with significant advantages in that arena also have quite nasty ECL's.

Me too. Is that like playing by e-mail or or this something else?

As for a prior question about unfair stat bonuses- When last I looked, most races were getting +/- 4 or higher vs the +/- 2 on the standard. It may not unbalance the game but until I tinker with it I'm not sure. I also see after revisiting the site the other night that 1/2 Giants are no longer ELC 2 and Thri-kreen ELC 3. When I used them at those ELCs last X-mas break with my group the 1/2 Giant was tearing up anything and everything in it's path until more 1/2 Giants arrived with Templar support.

Perhaps I am being harsh on judgement but I want it closer to standard version since I know too many people whom won't even try Darksun because of the "unbalanced" effects it had. (mainly psionics which are no longer an issue).
