Thankyou. This has possibilities. If I ran a 3e Darksun through this site would anyone want to play? Traditionally I do over the top historical stuff with Darksun where anything goes (and usually does)

a friend of mine wrote a DarkSun game years ago. it was sponsered by the RPGA and played and several gaming conventions in Colorado

"The Scepter of Eynaard, a priceless artifact that has the power to create new Oasis in Athas's deadly deserts has been stolen from the sanctuary of the Druid's temple. The Druid of the Oasis seeks the player's assistance in an attempt to follow the thieves and recover the Scepter.

The players are forced to endure the Dark Sun's violent nature and deadly monsters as they pursue the thieves in pursuit of the Scepter. They are the only people she knows that will have a chance to recover her lost artifact. The only question is, was she right?

it was truely exciting and intrigueing!

NOW THIS IS WHY I JOINED EN WORLD

I consider myself computer illiterate but after looking at some of the stuff on the "In Character" section I'm sure I can talked into DMing some Darksun using the Burnt World of Athas conversion. At the very least I'll be able to test it fully before I poo-poo on any further.

As mentiuoned there, I'm looking for players, interest of what to play, time period played and what kind of adventure to do. I can wipe stuff up very quickly. My main delay will be the printing out then absorbing the conversions.

Thoughts I had involved;

Valley of Wisdom- what's up with those large carved stone heads... some even look rather familiar.

Deadlands- What lies beneanth the glass?

Bodach- Some missions should never be undertaken. More undead but lots of treasure!

Kalidnay- Someone or Something stirs beneanth these ruins

Celik- rumors of a huge underground maze built by a forgotten Sorcerer-king

Bane Priests- With their return, does this mean Bane yet lives (history involving a dead Sorcerer-king)

I can go on but this gives you some feel of the stories I can litterally pump out that I have yet to do.
