Does your adventuring group have a name?

But then again it wouldn't fit very well since the group consisted of a Bhaalspawn Moon Elf Ranger(Archer), a Rashemi Human Ranger/Barbarian, a Tiefling Dual - short/bastard sword- wielding Bard(who replaced a Half-elf Druid), a Human Figher(who replaced a Human Paladin), an Avariel Mystic Theurge, and a Human Thief/Wizard.

*starts stopwatch to see how long it takes someone to catch on*

You can stop the stop watch now. This group which I think is imangary is based on baldurs gate II. Reconize everyone but the human fighter.

You be guessing right. :) What does imangary mean?:D

"Swords and Roses"

As you might guess, the group has been around since the 80s.

Our Castle now has a large set of rosebushes which look like a sword when viewed from the air....

Company of the Bloody Bucket. It all stems from an incident when the party's paladin decided that he needed to disguise himself as a "hideous murderer." The plan involved soaking himself in cow's blood. We were kicked out of an inn after the paladin brought the bucket into the common room, convincing a good portion of the village that there were some dangerous necromancers hovering about town. Incidentally, the paladin's player played perhaps the most uproariously funny and sincere character I've ever seen in a game. Maybe I'll get my SH up to this incident and some of his other exploits at some point in the future.

Best,
tKL

Our gaming group, since 1987: the grope. We have our own website! :D

Some of the adventuring party names:
The Daleland Defenders
The Death Dancers
The Bane
The Boar's Alliance

and, ironically (Celtavian) I ran a campaign titled "The Seven Swords of Cyric" largely based in Myth Drannor, from 1993 - 1995. Hmmm....do I know you? :)

"The Cleanup Crew" served for us. Since we were always cleaning up after various evil people what wanted to take over the world. And cleaning up the treasure they left behind, too.

The Keepers (I hope I translated it right from the german word "Die Bewahrer". It sounds a little bit odd.)
But since we destroy more than we save we have found a new name: Rose and Sword.
(Rose for nature, Chauntea, Torm and beauty and thorns; sword for warfare, Tempus, blades in common.)
But we never actually made it official (the adventurers scrolls in Suzail) because there are some differences between old members and new ones. Now since the Paladin of Torm "went home" to its god, it is most unlikely that the name will ever be changed. The party with seven characters contains now 3 characters which are not mentioned in the scrolls and therefor are not official members of the party.
In short I guess we will be called "The rest of the Keepers and 3 newbies".
BYE

In the group I run, the players tend to play wanderers, misfits and outcasts. When the fifth character rejoined the group after finally getting resurrected by the party, he took one look and dubbed it the "Fifth Wheel Adventuring Company".

Seekers is the name of the group that I DM. They are a motely buch of PC's of all classes and races.

the other group that I play in is called the Slaughterhouse Six, the most ruthless and scalely buch of PC's ever. We have:

A bugbear/snake fighter/myrmidon
A centar/woolly mammoth fighter/cleric
A kobold/Cromathion monk
A jellyfish archer

Our DM had a blast with the oathbound book and went hogwild giving us random races and abilities, it's quite fun being evil :D
