Oh, yes. Between my Thursday game and my Sunday one, I think I have missed--or, by the time we start up again consistently, will have missed--roughly a dozen games. :(

My game's been smeared. My wife devoted every other friday for our date/babysit other kids and the holidays only make it worse.

I miss the good old days when holidays meant my cousins would be around and we would game for 36 hours straight..until the entire house SMELLED like we gamed for 36 hours straight!

Yeah, it's pretty much gutted my main group. Especially since we play on Tuesday evenings.

I'm thinking about putting something together for a secondary group that would actually benefit from starting in the holidays, since we're all approximately on the same vacation schedule.

Nope. Quite the opposite in fact. Holidays allow us to assemble our full group since those who study out of state return.

Just about every year the regular group's games start to miss more and more during the holidays. Luckily, there are some of the other people around who I don't see that often who have some free time to play one off's and what not....

My Friday night game has been wiped out since the week after Thanksgiving, mostly due to family fun and broken cars. At least last night I was able to get in some Robo-Rally with a couple of guys.

I'm hoping that things will pick up between the 25th and 1st.

Not really...in fact, we're all looking forward to ringing in the new year together...with DICE! :D

That way, we can crash and then get back up on New Year's Day and game some more!! I mean, unless you watch football ( :\ ) there's not much else to do on New Year's Day but game, right? ;)
