Domain Affiliated Feat

Impart Luck
By the Power of your God, you use the forces granted to shape the twirling coin of luck from others.
Prerequisits: Luck Domain.
Benefit: You may spend the reroll you recieve from the Luck Domain to reroll for someone else.
Normal: The cleric only gets to reroll for themselves.

My player (A priest of Luck) and I cooked this up, because he felt he wanted to do something... Unique with his character. None of the feats he got at 9th level really spoke to him, and we just went and grabbed this.

Is it Balanced?

Any suggestions how one could beef it up?

The player was looking to get a second reroll, but I wasn't sure if that would be fair, allowed with a feat. But, he is 9th level; would that be too much to ask?

I think that a second reroll actually would be reasonable, with the proviso that this second reroll MUST be used for a person other than the caster. You could set a second prereq, though. "Spellcaster 9th+" comes to mind...

Nothing wrong with a weak feat

Seems like a great feat for a luck-domain preist. Maybe other feats are more powerful, but so?

I mean, who takes toughness unless it is a pre-req for something else? Well, maybe someone who wants it for their character concept. And the DM can always cook up a PrC for players willing to take weaker feats for the benefit of character concept or for the overall good of the party.

After the suggestion here, I gave him a second reroll that he can only use on someone else.

Given the character, he won't use it to screw an enemy's save or whatnot; he's devoted to Good luck, not Bad.
