Faiths of Faerun: Elder Serpents of Set - an organization of serpents.

Strange Bedfellows - half-monster templates, including the half-doppleganger, half-janni, half-minotaur, half-nymph, half-rakshasa, half-satyr, and the HALF-OGRE.

Guild Secrets: Reapers of Strife - war profiteers.

Plus the regular features.

Otherwise, sounds interesting.

Haven't read it yet, only the briefest of skimming, but the ghost elves are not undead, but a race of isolated elves who come from the ethereal plane.

2,983 subraces of elves currently. I'll have to find my link to the online Elven Subraces Population clock that keeps track of the number of elven subraces currently in existence.

Is the half-ogre template the same as in Savage Species?

The one in Savage Species is an individual race, not a template.

The half-ogre increases the base creature's size by 1 category if small or medium, also adding 10 to speed if size increases, +2 to natural AC, darkvision, Giant Blood, Str +4, Int -2, Cha -2.
