How much influence did you take from the bladelings' details back in 2e from their ecology in Acheron, their capital Zoronor, Hriste the Blood Forest, etc?

I don't know if 4e radically altered them compared to their 2e and 3e incarnations. I'm just curious since I like them, and used them heavily in my last campaign, and figured I'd ask you since without a DDI sub and none of friends with one now it's rather unlikely that I'll get to read the piece anytime soon.

The story is entrenched in 4e lore (Zoronor is a city in Bane's astral domain of Chernoggar, as detailed in the 4e Manual of the Planes). I also illustrated the article, and I think Planescape fans will like the bladelings' look.
