Although we don't have our copies of the new Dragon here at the office yet (see? Subscribers aren't the only ones who get burned by the Post Office!), in my article turnover Zuggtmoy was a CR 25 creature.

I can't wait to check out that Lords of Dust article myself. Looked like it had some nifty artwork, but those mean Dragon editors wouldn't let me look too closely at it. :(

Speaking of Challenge Ratings, did anyone notice that Sul Khatesh has no CR listing? Obviously, she needs one quite badly, as she's extremely powerful. I'd guestimate anywhere from the upper 40's to the mid 60's. Any official errata on this?

This was intentional. While not literally a god, Sul Khatesh has power to rival that of a lesser deity. Deities and Demigods says "Deities do not have Challenge Ratings. Entities of this sort are so far above the realm of mortal heroes that determing their level of power in relation to mortals becomes almost meaningless." The rules for Divine Encounters and Experience Points should apply to encounters with overlords.

That's what I mean by powers, Keith. I meant any SPECIFIC powers in Eberron or just generally speaking?
Generally speaking. The dragons are the first that comes to mind, because they acted when the giants were messing around with plane-splitting magic. But virtually any major force could take an interest, because you are dealing with potentially reality-shaking repercussions.

Really, though, it's between you and your DM.

My wife got me a subscription for my birthday. Birthday's on Halloween, but she put in the order over a week ago. Anyone know how quick Paizo is on processing orders? I'd love for this to be my first issue.

Unfortunately you will not have any luck with that. If you want the November issue, you are going to have to purchase it at newstand price. When Paizo gets subscription information, it takes about a month to a month in a half to preocess. Your first issure is likely to be December '05 or January '06.
