Let's see, dragons that have been converted by WotC:
Mercury
Mist
Moonstone (as Ethereal Dragon)
Radiant
Rust
Shadowdrake (as Styx Dragon, at least that's what it's description says)
And I think that's it, unless of course, the other planar dragons where converted from old sources...
On another note, the dragon article I need on the missing chromatics is from Dragon #248, was of by around a hundred.

here's one from way back in Dragon mag #94. 
keep in mind, AD&D dragons usually used their base dragons as age category 4, which is essentially the same now. when stats are not listed in a chart (as they usually were not in 1E), you can extrapolate that way. these guys are tiny little fellas, so you might have to start them out for age 4 at 4-HD, and step the HD by 1 instead of 3.

Since there are assembled dragon experts here I'd like to ask a question that has been troubling me.
In Oriental Adventures the dragons don't seem to have spellcasting abilites recorded (as a sorcerer not spell like abilities). Am I missing something or are they significcantley weaker than dragons of similar CR in the monstrous manual. I've not delved into this too much so it my be accounted for in other stats but was just wondering if other people ahd spotted this and if so if they ahd a fix for it.
