Dragonblood Subtype

I'm running the Red Hand of Doom module and an encounter with a Greenspawn Razorfiend is coming up next session. It has the subtype "Dragonblood." I'm not familiar with this subtype and don't own MM4.

What does this mean?

Is it vulnerable to everything a magical beast is vulnerable to AND to everything a dragon is? Would the ranger's favored enemy (dragons) work against it?

Yep and yep. Effects that affect or target dragons function on dragonbloods. (And dragoncryps too, yo.)

You can use items meant for creatures of the dragon type, but don't qualify for anything else that requires that type. You do, however, qualify for feats that require the dragonblood subtype.

Just a FYI. The dragonblood subtype first appeared in Races of the Dragon and I believe it is listed in the glossary of the MMV (I am not near my copy at the moment). In case you are interested in other places to find information on the subtype.
