Ooh, wow, tough call. If it were githyanki vs. dragonborn, I'd have voted for the gith. But it's not. It's githzerai, the crappier gith cousin. So, dragonborn it is.

-Yanki are a bunch of losers only good because they have sparkly swords following some idiotic tyrannical zombie queen who won't even let any of them become epic (not that they have it in them anyway). -Zerai are badass Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon style psionic monks that train in dojos with varying gravity. Githzerai are totally the more awesome Gith, and I hope they pull the upset here. Githyanki can go fall onto their silver swords and die as everyone within earshot hears a sickening "gish!" sound as the blade pierces their ugly hides for all I care.

Figures an elf-lover would be down on the githyanki.

Githzerai are boring. Dragonborn would be better with with tails and w/o boobs, but that's fixed IMC easily enough, and they are otherwise pretty badass.

Why? I just think they're lame. I like elves, but I also like Hobgoblins a lot. Best "core" lawful evil regimented militaristic race in the game. And Tome of Battle fleshes them out well.

I'm indifferent on dragonborn, they just happened to go up against a race I liked.

Not a fan of the gith (either kind) as PCs. The dragonborn have grown on me. Very, very easy choice.

I'd be much more interested in seeing the gith as playable options in some kind of D&D strategy game.

Not so much in the pnp rpg.
