I saw Dragonshard at Best Buy today. Anyone pick it up? How is it compared to the demo? I tried the demo but did not really like it due to lack of tutoral.

I saw the box while I was at Gamestop yesterday...didn't really look at it, so it could still be one of those pre-order boxes.

It was actually "released" tuesday, but has been held up by shipping problems until now. I've heard lots of conflicting reports, so there's no telling where it'll turn up. So far it's been reviewed by:

The game is pretty demanding in terms of hardware, but no real bug complaints have surfaced yet. I've been tracking this one a while, so I hope lots of people get to enjoy it.

I saw the full version box at Best Buy. I was thinking of picking it up but I wanted to read more about it becuse I did not really get into the demo.

I saw the screenshots at IGN. For some reason, it doesn't seem to appeal to me...

Something about the setting being way off the map of my vision of D&D, perhaps. And the "action" doesn't seem to be my bag of chips...

I guess it depends if you like the gameplay, rather than like D&D.

Already I heard that there is a problem.

The game will load to C drive only, and will not allow a transfer to another Drive partition.

Sounds like Pool of Radiance scenario, before the patch. :\

I have just started playing, looks like any RTS and reminds me of Dawn of War, mostly build, scout, find resources for your party. You have campaign, scrimish, and multi-player. Graghics are good.
