Druid Wildshape Sheet

I have just uploaded Druid Wildshape Sheet to the downloads area.

Character sheet addition for Druids to keep track of Wildshapes available.

First version/draft, and am seeking input.

Looks pretty well done! Don't really have any proper familiarity with druids to give real input on it, though one of the players in my party talked about wanting to play a druid. I bet he'd love to playtest it as part of his character sheet.

I am definitely going to try this out. I'm playing a druid of the moon, so I may need to print out more than one sheet!

Maybe you could make a "2nd page" option without the Character Name, Max CR, Wildshape Duration, etc? Granted, that would only make room for one, MAYBE two extra animal form slots on the sheet, but it seems like it would be cleaner.

First off thanks man!.

I'm confused about the second part. At the top of the current druid reference sheet page is a Name, Duration and Max CR field.

I eventually plan on making another sheet with 4 entries instead of 9 so you can fit alot more data in there for Elementals and Polymorphs.

I used it with my drood and it come to my friend they want it too But, I would like to translate it in french but I can't, the file is protected.
Is it possible to have an unprotected file by email? And I send it back to you for approval ?

Am I missing something? How to I add more than one line in the section for notes? It shows multiple lines on the image provided with the download but I can't seem to get that to happen on the PDF.
