Several shadows start moving down the mound, coming from near the standing stones. It would seem that whoever was called has sent reinforcements. The wind that was blowing before now becomes stronger, increasing steadily until it howls through the trees. The scarred man who stands in front of you smirks, and you recognize him now from his description. He was the suspect that the innkeeper noticed the evening that the murder had happened. It looks like the local law enforcement is going to hang the wrong man.

In the 10 seconds that this went down, Rosalia was able to get into the tree line and quickly skirt up the slope towards the mound. There she sees four female warriors heading down towards the party. They move swiftly and with a military precision that the kobolds you have so far fought have lacked. In short, they look like trouble. A cleric stands in the middle of the stones, waving some relics in his hands and shouting out to the sky. Above him the clouds grow dark and begin to swirl.

She gestures first to her comrades to warn them of the four vialins coming after them.

Rosalia keeps in shadows, hiding. She will try to let them pass and then go after the priest if she can.


OOC: could you please describe how far is the priest?

OOC: If Rosalia wants to move from the shadows to signal her companions, she will run the chance of being spotted by the incoming reinforcements. The person she is observing is 150 feet away from her.

Rosalia doesn't take the risk to be spotted. She believes that the four figures are sufficiently noisy to be spotted by her comrades.

She continues to stare at the 'priest' and looks for other potential enemies. Once she is confident that there are no other and when the four warriors have passed, she will walk cautiously towards the priest, rapier in hand. She hopes to surprise him by moving to him behind his back.

Your combined attacks nearly fell the figure as he screams out in pain from Roque's, Scrag's, and John's simultaneous attacks. The figure's hood falls backwards, revealing a wizened-looking elf with a scar over his eye. He looks surprised at the strength and ferocity of your attacks and attempts to go fully defensive as he yells up the hill, "Hurry, Turslak! I can't hold them back forever!"
